lumpy-chrome-pfq: delete gcc afdo pipeline

gcc is no longer used to build Chrome and the AutoFDO profiles are not
needed anymore.

chromeos-chrome: remove afdo support for gcc

Now that Chrome are built with clang on all supported platforms, the
ebuild file can be cleaned-up.
