The preview in the payment sheet should always display meaningful information

The rows in the Payment Sheet sometimes display some placeholders in the form "preview... and N more". In some languages or with certain preview strings, it's possible for the preview to be truncated too much to be useful. We should handle that case and fallback to a meaningful label.
