Web payments CVC experience on desktop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click Pay in web payments UI on desktop.

What is the expected result?
CVC field should be focused.

What happens instead?
CVC field is not focused.

(2) Type in a CVC.
(3) Press Enter in the CVC dialog.

What is the expected result?
CVC form should submit.

What happens instead?
CVC field was not submitted.
