Issue descriptionApp Version: 58.0.3029.84 dev iOS Version: 10.3.1 Device: iPhone 6s plus URL: gmail.com Precondition: Device Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> VoiceOver -> On Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and load gmail.com 2. Enter invalid username and tap on the next button Observed results: Notice that voice over is not reading a complete error message displayed Expected results: Voice over should read the complete error text.
