From https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=35ad4d200d9a8410&refresh=10&show_raw=1, fleet capacity says: "0 bots can run this task (0 dead, 0 quarantined)". I think this is probably related to martiniss@'s work to split the perf swarming pool to the fyi one.

Though it's now clear that the 10 hours timeout limit is not good enough for these Android bots. Hmhh.. Sad! :-(
