Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Apply a linear gradient to html or body: background:linear-gradient(red, blue) no-repeat fixed; 2. Create a page that forces scrolling - h, v, or both 3. Scroll up and down or side to side What is the expected behavior? The linear gradient background should remain fixed, while the content scrolls. What went wrong? The linear gradient background scrolls with the content, revealing a blank white background at bottom and/or right of the page. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 57.0.2987.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 7.0.0 Flash Version: If the page scrolls only vertically, the blank at the bottom is equal in size to the disappearing address bar. If the page requires both vertical and horizontal scrolling (as in the attached dummy page), the results are truly catastrophic.
