Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any web page with images on it 2. Left click and drag and drop that image to copy/paste into any other application. Word, messenger, Skype, etc... What is the expected behavior? The image should be dropped into the new application window displaying the image. What went wrong? The image URL is displayed in the application instead of the image. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 25.0.0.148 I have the following browsers on my Windows 10 desktop: Edge Internet Explorer 11 Firefox Safari Chrome This issue persists only in Chrome in regular or Incognito mode. I have tried disabling all Extensions. Cleared cache, cookies, etc. I have uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled. The feature/functionality works as expected in the other 4 browsers, but not Chrome.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #58.0.3029.81 and latest canary #60.0.3078.0 . Attached screen casts for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened a web page with images on it. 2. Left clicked and dragged and dropped that image to copy/paste into other application. Word, messenger, Skype, etc... 3. Observed that in messenger and Skype, dragging and dropping images did nothing. In docs and gmail the image got pasted as expected. Note: In Firefox, dragging and dropping images in messenger pasted URL instead of images. brando9096@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #60.0.3078.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!
