1. From Chrome Settings, launch Android preferences
2. Click "Google" category
3. Click "Security" subcategory
4. Click the back arrow next to the Security heading

A new window opens, showing the "Google" category. This window often doesn't respond to input. Alt-tab twice will switch to the other ARC++ window, which then goes back to the main Settings screen.

Note the two android/google settings icons in the shelf in the screenshot.
