Lock screen: User pod at bottom of screen after disconnecting external monitor

See screenshot: the user pod is at the bottom of the display area, just above the shelf. This is on my samus after having disconnected an external display and allowing the device to sleep.

Jacob, provided we have this CL on review: https://codereview.chromium.org/2839643002/ , does this mean that LockUI is missing DisplayChanged events?
