No way to restore default wallpaper from UI

The default wallpaper for Chrome OS users changed recently to the attached image. That image is not available in the "Set wallpaper" dialog.

After selecting a different wallpaper, the default wallpaper is still not available, so it seems like a permanent loss.

The wallpaper can be manually restored by saving the file at file:///usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/default_large.jpg into Downloads and choosing it via the Custom option in the wallpaper dialog.

I think this is a regression because the prior default wallpaper was included in the options presented to the user, and was shown as selected in the dialog, IIRC.

Just noticed these flags in chrome://version:

--default-wallpaper-large=/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/default_large.jpg --default-wallpaper-small=/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/default_small.jpg --child-wallpaper-large=/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/child_large.jpg --child-wallpaper-small=/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/child_small.jpg --guest-wallpaper-large=/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/guest_large.jpg --guest-wallpaper-small=/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/guest_small.jpg

Is all that really necessary? Maybe a silly metric, but that's half of the entire command line size, without any custom flags. Couldn't we just default to those locations seeing as they're hard-coded?
