Android apps are not responding to touchscreen or touchpad input on right side of screen.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9334.52.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.78 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9334.52.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cave

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Youtube App
2. Try to use the Minimize, Maximize, and exit buttons in the upper right corner of the screen. No Response.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The buttons should highlight and complete the selected action. I can use the Tab key to select the buttons and get the correct response. the Chrome OS apps and browser works fine. Play Store apps are the only thing affected.

What went wrong?
Upper right buttons are not responding to touchscreen or trackpad input.

Did this work before? Yes Beta  Channel update before April 20, 2017.

I get the same issue. Even the Play Store is not responsive in the right part of the screen. In Android Skype you can't respond to messages - the screen is not responsive there.
same - right 1/3 of screen unresponsive in all apps leading to eventual crash or random reboot of app. Occasionally will crash out and open web browser. Started with update to 58, Asus C302

It's fixed and yesterdays update should have fixed the issue.
