Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9334.52.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.78 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9334.52.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cave Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Youtube App 2. Try to use the Minimize, Maximize, and exit buttons in the upper right corner of the screen. No Response. 3. What is the expected behavior? The buttons should highlight and complete the selected action. I can use the Tab key to select the buttons and get the correct response. the Chrome OS apps and browser works fine. Play Store apps are the only thing affected. What went wrong? Upper right buttons are not responding to touchscreen or trackpad input. Did this work before? Yes Beta Channel update before April 20, 2017. Chrome version: 58.0.3029.78 Channel: beta OS Version: 9334.52.0 Flash Version:
