Chrome should respond to changes in display scale

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open unity-control-center
(2) Click on Displays
(3) Change "scale for menu and title bars" to something else

Chrome should scale dynamically with all other apps, but it requires a relaunch for changes to take effect.
