I reproduced this down to an issue with zoom:reset behaving incorrectly on High-DPI under use-zoom-for-dsf mode (issue 485650). Minimal repro at https://jsbin.com/zubiti Happily, bsep@ has just removed support for zoom:reset - issue 664668 . Verified fixed on Windows Canary 60.0.3082.0 (and is scheduled to be merged back to M59).

The code to use zoom:reset was some common image carousel code. So if it's a similar UI then I'm sure it's the same issue. To be sure try the latest Chrome Canary - if you can still reproduce a problem there, then yes please file a new bug. Thanks for the report!

I'm not allowed to install Chrome Canary on this machine because it's not mine. Here is the bug, I just filed it https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=716273
