Websites (multiple) can't be accessed, error message says google.com has been blocked by ad extension software, but there is no extension on my computer blocking it.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
multiple also within websites get a playback issue with the same message about ad software extensions

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. try going to cbs.co
2. play any show for a short time
3. see error message that stops playback

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes last one before current update

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81  Channel: stable

Probably flash-related, but I can't reproduce at "cbs.com" saying "not available for your geographic region", and I have not seen this problem in flash sites I use.

We are also getting same problem with "cbs.com" like "not available for your geographic region".Please find the screen shot for your reference.Hence adding the MTV team to triage the issue further.

cbs.com plays fine for me in latest stable - 58.0.3029.110 (Official Build) (64-bit).
