See internal CA's as untrusted

Reported by christav...@gmail.com, Apr 21 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Access website of applicaton using internal CA
2. See the error saying it has an invalid name in the Cert
3.

What is the expected behavior?
suppose to succesfully access the page and display it being as secure

What went wrong?
After the last patch it suddenly doesn't trust the cert and gives me an untrusted message when even going between pages on the site.

Did this work before? Yes Last version

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:
