Android MIPS Builder (dbg) sometimes runs out of memory during compile

Compile failed due to running out of memory.

This is flakey; the following compile succeeded, but presumably this is something that will get worse before it gets better.

hmm, I had expected this to be an OOM during linking, but that turns out to not be the case. 8828 is the only build in the last 200 that failed in such a way.
