Regression: Font of options in 'More options' of 'Sign in' overlay is not proper.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3077.0 (Official Build)ca8708632799fafe05e889d5a026249fa630dbab-refs/heads/master@{#466199} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12).


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, click on avatar icon and then click on 'Sign in to Chrome'
(2) Click on More options and observe.

Actual: Font of 'Find my account' and 'create new account' is not proper.

Expected: Font should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-59', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 59.0.3054.0
Bad Build: 59.0.3055.0

The bisect looks reasonable, thanks for the report. However, we believe this is an improvement in font readability, compare  issue 705539 .
