Regression:Drop down content is getting chopped in content settings page

chrome version: 60.0.3076.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings
2. Set the font size to very large and click on content settings
3. Click on Microphone and Set the drop down to Built-in Audio Analog Stereo and observe

What is the expected behavior?
Drop down content should not  get chopped in content settings page 

What went wrong?
Drop down content is getting chopped in content settings page 

This is a Regression issue broken in M-60

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 60.0.3075.0 (Revision: 465641).
Bad build : 60.0.3076.0 (Revision: 465838).

You are probably looking for a change made after 465799 (known good), but no later than 465800 (first known bad).

chopping a word at a random place, and that random place being different later doesn't constitute a bug imo
