I think to test this bug, one needs to have this specific printer. Did this really work before? Do you remember about when it last worked?

Still able to reproduce on a clean profile. I had an older printer where this reproduced before: HP Photosmart 7510. I do remember this working as normal before, but some update broke this feature for me. A workaround I used is printing using the system dialog.

We are unable to reproduce the issue with "Printer-RICOH MP C4503". Due to "Hardware Dependency" adding MTV team to triage the issue further. Hence adding the respective label. Thank You!

Do you have access to another printer, to see if this is a printer-specific issue? Do you have a USB cable to connect to the printer? Can you try printing over a direct connection? I'm also wondering if this is due to some issue with AirPrint.

I used to have access to a different printer, but I got rid of it as it died on me and now I have my current and only printer, HP Envy 7640. I do have a usb cable, but I'm unable to connect it to my computer as they are too far apart from each other and I have a desktop. It may be some issue with AirPrint and Chrome, since the two sided option works just fine printing through the system dialog. I will try printing using Google Cloud Print instead, see what happens.

UPDATE: Printing using Google Cloud Print works perfectly fine, it appears to be an issue with AirPrint

Thanks for checking. We'll try out AirPrint and see if we can reproduce the issue with a different HP printer here.

We found a HP printer that supports Airprint, so we just need to connect it and test this out.
