Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open android app
2. minimize app by touching icon in app tray
3. app will crash

What is the expected behavior?
app should not crash.  

What went wrong?
Everything was working fine before this update.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure.  The version before this release was fine.

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.78  Channel: beta
OS Version: 9334.52.0

There are also issues when trying to touch or click certain spots in android apps.  It makes most of my apps useless.  You also can't close the app when trying to click the "X" in the top right corner.
