[Feedback M57/58] Right click to translate not working

Chrome Version: M57+
OS: Windows
Data Reduction : Disabled
Languages : it, pt-BR, es, ja, zh-CN

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a webpage in foreign language
(2) Right click and select "Translate to <language>"

What is the expected result?
Page should translate

What happens instead?
Users get message 'This page has been translated' but nothing changes

Couldn't reproduce this issue myself.
Any Italian site I visited myself was auto translated.

Reducing priority as 58 rolls out

This issue looks fixed in M58 (I tested multiple sites) but occurred in M57 on Windows before I updated Chrome. Safe to close as fixed I think.
