Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Login the Supervised User and browse for a while
(2) Open history tab or press Ctrl+H
(3) Goto "Tabs from other devices" from the left side.
(4) Click on "Sign in to chrome" button.

Expected Result:
Should sign to chrome or disable the button.
 
Actual Result:
No action after clicking on "Sign in to chrome" button.

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
