--type=crashpad-handler is preventing the browser from opening

Issue description
Chrome Version : 58.0.3029.81
OS Version: 10.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.update browser to 58.0.3029.81
2.open chrome
3.
What is the expected result?
chrome should open
What happens instead of that?
PID is started
browser never opens

As soon as I kill the chrome.exe process that has --type=crashpad-handler then chrome will open normally. Version 57.0.2987.133 does not pass the crashpad-handler switch and opens ok.

ALL, This issue can be closed. McAfee was conflicting with the crash-handler
