Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Click on add Supervised user
(2)click on Add user
(3)

Expected Result: Tooltip to disappear after moving to add user

Actual Result: Tooltip stays and does not disappear

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
