Columns are not aligned in chrome://settings/passwords

Chrome Version: 60.0.3077.0
OS: desktop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable material design settings.
(2) Save two passwords on https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/. One with a long username, another with a long password.
(3) Open chrome://settings/passwords and observe.

What is the expected result?
Columns are aligned.

What happens instead?
Columns are not aligned.

I'm not seeing this behavior. I'm getting ellipsis on username and password scrolls. See screenshot.
