Issue descriptionChrome version: 59.0.3071.15 (Official Build) (64-bit) b3f9fb3b948d9304d587a127c3e4f47b2ad78927-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#73}-32/64bit OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12). Precondition : 1. ’V2 app' (i.e. Dart) should be installed and developer mode should be enabled from chrome://extensions. Steps: 1. Launch Chrome, go to chrome://extension and Launch Dart extension 2. Right click on extension window and inspect it, then open Layers from Customize and control devtool menu 3. Click on overlay image and then click on 'Paint profiler' under Details tab, observe Actual: 'Paint profiler' tab does not open after clicking on it Expected: 'Paint profiler' tab should be open after clicking on it Note: 'Paint profiler' tab opens via touch but same does not work via mouse click

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-57, as Paint profiler is a new feature introduced in 57.0.2928.0.

With response to comment #5, 1. Install the 'chrome-app-samples-master' folder from https://github.com/GoogleChrome/chrome-app-samples 2. Click on Clone or download, unzip the downloaded folder and under samples folder select dart extension.
