Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I can't view site information in up left 2. I can't view any popup window in the page. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I don't now. In safe mode work very well. deactivate all extensions but the problem is still. Did this work before? Yes Work in safe mode Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I have uninstall Chrome, I check and deleted all google in regedit. I scanned for virus but I not found nothing. I have install again. But the problem is still. In safe mode work very well. Please I need help.

Thanks for filing the issue. Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7,Mac 10.12.4 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version-58.0.3029.81 (stable) & canary-60.0.3076.0 as per below steps: 1. Launched chrome 2. Open any website (Ex.www.youtube.com) 3. Click on 'secure' icon in omnibox 4. Able to view 'Site information' properly 5. Able to view all other popup windows without any issue. Please check the issue on clean profile & let us know your observations on the same. Please find the attached screencast for reference. Thank you..!!
