Using CJK input method to enter text in a contenteditalbe element auto filled

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In Chinese Input Method (wubi), input 'wq' , produced 'w; and 'q' is omit. 
2.

What is the expected behavior?
1. In Chinese Input Method (wubi), input 'wq' , produced 'w;  expected  '你'

What went wrong?
1. Image 1 and image 2 are wrong behavior.
2. Image 3 is the right behavior in a lower versioned chrome.

Did this work before? Yes 56.0.2924.87
