Regression: Context menu options does not get translated to Hindi.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3076.0 (Official Build)54d7e3050af7ebb57aa7cd99cef14037db03f3bf-refs/heads/master@{#465838} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, from chrome://settings/languages change the browser language to Hindi and relaunch.
2) Open a New tab, right click on bookmarks bar and observe the first three options in context menu.

Options in context menu does not get translated to Hindi.

Options in context menu should get translated to Hindi.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-60, will soon update other info
Manual bisect:
Good build: 60.0.3073.0 
Bad build: 60.0.3074.0 

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

Unable to test this issue on Nexus 10 tab, Android 5.0.1; Build/LRX22C using chrome version #60.0.3102.0

Since the bookmarks bar is not available on Chrome for Android devices, iPhones, or iPads

We're internally triaging the bug and it's currently in progress. We'll update this thread once it's fixed.

This is now fixed in the translation and we're now just waiting for it to push to live version.
