The handlers-type-column element has a hard-coded width in pixels but accepts an arbitrarily long strong. No clipping, wrapping, nor overflow behavior is specified.
.handlers-type-column {
-webkit-margin-end: 10px;
-webkit-margin-start: 14px;
width: 100px;
}
Layout here is exactly as specified, this is a bug in the settings UI and is not a regression, this has always been broken for sufficiently long strings.
