PDF viewer truncates long comments

Issue description
Chrome Version : 57.0.2987.133

Other browsers tested: N/A
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: N/A
Firefox: N/A
IE: N/A
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download a PDF with a very long comment
(2) Open it in Chrome
What is the expected result?
Some way of visualising the entire long comment (perhaps a scroll inside the bubble?)
What happens instead?
The comment is truncated to fit inside the bubble.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
When viewing a PDF in Chrome which has a very long comment, the comment is truncated and there is no way to view all of the comment's text. See screenshot attached.
I wasn't able to find this reported anywhere, apologies if duplicate.
