Issue descriptionWebView version: 58.0.3029.21 Android: O (multiple versions) Internal report: b/36363019 Device: Pixel XL Occurs infrequently (~ once per week) in conversation view. Some, but not all tiles appear to be missing. Bugreport and screenshots are attached to the internal bug. Either scrolling the content or pulling down the notification shade cause the issue to resolve without restarting the app.

Making this a dup of the issue 717181, the latter has more info and the steps to reproduce. Please verify whether it is a dup, indeed.

This is not a duplicate. If you read the internal report you'll see that the behaviour is very different.
