Two things: 1. I tried locally on a a win7 and win10 desktop, and I cannot repro the same issue. Could you try different computers and see if that's consistent or not? 2. My change there is applied to ImageBitmapRenderingContext, and as far as I know, it is not used in printing.

OK, since ImageBitmapRenderingContext isn't used in printing, my change won't make such an impact. Add some more people to CC list, who were making graphics / Image related changes in the bisect result. sadrul@, fsamuel@, halcanary@, please take a look. Thank you.

I am afraid I have no idea what the bug is (the videos look the same?) +thestig@

I think the bug is supposed to be that the previewed page shifts slightly horizontally when it loads. Tried a few times on Canary (61.0.3141.0) on Win 10, and cannot seem to reproduce, but perhaps it is happening so quickly I cannot see it. Can anyone else reproduce this on 61? Reducing priority since this is barely perceptible and does not seem to affect anything else in print preview.
