Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. choose Print
2. in print preview choose Destination>Change... button
3. List of printer occures, but if you have more network printers, it takes few seconds to load all printers to the list and in the meanwhile the dialog is resizeing, makeing it hard to click on the chosen printer.

What is the expected behavior?
Make the dialog fixed on screen. Add printers to the bottom of the list as they are loaded/discovered. Do not resize the dialog, move it on screen or move/change order of already displayed printers, so the user can click on chosen printer if it is already displayed.

What went wrong?
The dialog with list of printers was resized exactly the moment I clicked, so I selected the wrong printer.
