Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. switch to Chinese input method in ChromeOS
2. open the task manager

What is the expected behavior?
The extension name should be localized, not the internal locale code like __MSG_chos_inputtool_title__

What went wrong?
There is an extension names: __MSG_chos_inputtool_title__
And it's native client module with the same name
