This is unfortunately not actionable as a security bug in Chrome. If you could provide specific steps or other data (screenshots, video, etc) that would allow us to understand the problem, it's possible we might be able to help. Note: Chrome 40 is badly out-of-date. You should install the current Chrome release (e.g. version 58) as soon as possible.
