Bypass FRP on LG G5 with Android 7.0

Reported by looptu...@gmail.com, Apr 19 2017

Issue description

Device name: LG G5 H850

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: Chrome 53.0.2785.124
Operating system: Android 7.0.0; LG-H850 Build/NRD90U

URLs (if applicable):
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B19VBZv3b-LoVWp3cnN1SlpyUE0/view?usp=sharing

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Go to the start of Setup wizard
(2) Go to Accessibility
(3) Switch Access
(4) Settings
(5) Help & feedback
(6) Android accessibility overview
(7) Scroll down and click on the "Voice Access app" link
(8) Click on the YouTube Video
(9) After it is loaded click the link on the video to open the video in the YouTube App
(10) If a newer YouTube App version is available click on Later
(11) Click on the Share-Button
(12) Select Gmail App
(13) Click on Skip
(14) Add an email address and choose Outlook, Hotmail ...
(15) Press and hold on a text of the page or type something wrong in the input box and go to Next to get more "holdable" text.
(16) After you mark a text piece go to "Assist" on the opened context menu.
(17) Now you can type "Settings" in the input box to open the settings.
(18) Or you can type other things.
(19) Now you have a possibility to bypass the FRP of Android 7.0

Expected result:
Don't bypass FRP

Actual result:
But it is possible. You shouldn't use YouTube Videos or the links shouldn't be able to click.
