Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.68 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Bookmark bar with bookmarks 2. Right-click on a bookmark 3. Select "Edit" What is the expected behavior? - a dialog should open to edit the bookmark What went wrong? - edit-dialog doesn't open (but delayed info sound plays) - Chrome loses focus - focus on Chrome can't be regained - Chrome consequently cannot be closed/minimized, etc. (close-X in title bar and other control options don't work; can't close chrome from taskbar either; only possible solution is to kill process) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.68 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Issue remains with 58.0.3029.81 beta (64-bit) Used a clean/new profile without any extensions. Issue exists in incognito mode as well. Perhaps important to note is that I use Windows 10 Home version 1703 (build 15063.138) which is the recent Creators Update. (Same as in comment 2) Another thing to note is that the Profile-Switcher in the title bar doesn't work either. No dialog opens on click. Probably a separate issue but might be related.

Here's the screencast. Explanation: 04-06 sec - hovering over window controls 06-10 sec - hovering and multiple clicking on profile switcher -> nothing happens 10-12 sec - hovering over window control -> highlights still work 17-20 sec - click on edit bookmark did nothing 20-end - Chrome unresponsive, click in omnibar didn't do anything, hover effects of window controls and profile switcher don't work, can't close Chrome, click on X does nothing Interestingly, a click on the bookmarks bar (left click, actually) sometimes opened title bar controls...

Cannot reproduce anymore under 59.0.3071.29 (Official Build) beta (64-bit). Guess it's been fixed in the meantime. I think the issue can be closed then.
