This has happened 8 times in 4/18 (https://chromium-try-flakes.appspot.com/all_flake_occurrences?key=ahVzfmNocm9taXVtLXRyeS1mbGFrZXNyMAsSBUZsYWtlIiV0ZWxlbWV0cnlfcGVyZl91bml0dGVzdHMgKHdpdGggcGF0Y2gpDA) I think this is because of the extra system health stories ssid@ recently added. Please proceed with removing old system health stories or at least disabling them in https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/tools/perf/benchmarks/system_health_smoke_test.py to avoid blocking CQ.
