technical information: uncaught securityerror : blocked a frame with orgin "https:// " from accessing a cross origin frame.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On MS Exchange user getting error while trying to change the password.
2. Getting Critical error
3. Exchange 2013 CU13

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Critical error while opening owa link to change password. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.1

This isn't a security bug (fails closed) and it's likely not a browser bug at all; it looks like a script error in the originating site.

If you refresh the page as requested, does the problem go away?

Thanks for reply. 

This error comes when we click on change password. After refresh the page the the error does not go the popup remain open.

On other browser it is working.

I agree with Eric that this doesn't look like a bug in Chrome. I'm happy to reopen this if you can help us find a case where same-origin frames are denied access to each other inappropriately, but as far as I can tell, Chrome's doing the right thing here.
