Single process command line parameter doesn't work on released chrome and chromium

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. start chrome with this command line on window 10 and 2012 r2 <chrome/chromium path>\chrome.exe --single-process [url] What is the expected behavior? Start chrome/chromium successfully What went wrong? No chrome/chromium UI showed. There are two chrome process created but disappeared in the process explorer. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

shangerxin021@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest stable version 58.0.3029.81 and let us know your observations if the issue still persists. Thanks.
