1. Enable US keyboard and JP keyboard
2. Open gmail.com with full window and click on Compose
3. Start typing something using the virtual keyboard
4. Switch to another language with the Globe icon

What is the expected result?

White bar should not be shown above virtual keyboard window.

What happens instead of that?

White bar is seen.
