Stop pulling GYP into the Chromium repo

Now that we're almost done removing everything GYP-related, we should remove the remaining references and get rid of GYP.

This is the last open bug we have that is labeled with Build-Tools-GYP. It is still relevant because we still pull in tools\gyp. Renaming that and running "gn gen out\default" fails on an "import gyp" statement. Searching the code shows 28 hits for that sequence of characters.

Anyone wanna finish this off?
