The my_activity.py script seems to be including crbug issues that were not changed during the period being covered by the generated report.

For instance, for the period of 2017-04-03 00:00:00 to 2017-04-10 00:00:00 (2 weeks ago) it listed the following issues:

But by looking at their updates it seems that none of them were modified in that period.

Note: issue 701958 and issue 684916 are borderline out having been modified on the 10th so it might be caused by timezone differences.
