Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Platform: 57.0.2987.133 (Official Build) (32-bit) Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I'm using "LanSchool Teacher Console" to monitor student devices, and instead of showing a student name, or even a cart number would be more helpful, I get a MAC Address as the "System Name". 2. I also have an inventory spreadsheet that is generated with Google Admin, but it has MAC Address's instead of Cart names. What is the expected behavior? I want to use Google Admin to change the system name from a MAC Address to a cart label name. What went wrong? I have about 300 chromebooks in a school and they are seperated by classroom carts from A-K. I want to be able to rename the chromebook's System Name from a MAC address to something like C28 or A7 so I can monitor our issues based on Cart names rather then MAC Address. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: If I could change this it would be extremely helpful in many more cases. I don't want to check every single MAC Address in the school before I find the one with errors or faulty users.

Is something displaying incorrectly within the Google Admin Console or is this showing up in LanSchool?

I've tried using LanSchool in our environment and found that its support for Chrome is much less than their Windows counterpart. OP would probably want to contact StoneWare about this issue. In terms of keeping track of devices within the Admin console, there are custom fields "Asset," "Location," and "Notes" that can be used to keep track of what you need.
