Consider adding media-internals "save log" that is for just one player selected by the user |

Issue descriptionCurrently, we have a top-level "Save Log" button in chrome://media-internals->Players, which saves the log of more than one player (all recent players??) This bug is to add functionality to let users select a specific player to save the log. We should probably retain the existing top-level "Save Log" button, too. Maybe we could simply annotate in the saved log which player (if any) was open for viewing in chrome://media-internals when the "Save Log" button was pressed?

Why fix this bug? Because some logs submitted in bugs contain many players, but it would really help repro/investigations to know which players' logs are suspected to be involved in the bug. (Also, c#1 appears to be spam. I'll delete it.)
