Snoozing should do more |

Issue descriptionRight now it's hard to even tell what is snoozed. A couple ideas: 1. Auto-collapse the alert 2. Give some more other way of making them more hidden than just changing opacity. It's hard for me to skim and see what the unsnoozed items are.

Agree with everything said so far. Could also bubble non-snoozed things to the top of the UI. Also, this is bad for accessibility specifically, as (other than the "snooze" button toggling to "unsnooze") there's no clear non-visual indication that something is snoozed.

I stumbled across auto-collpasing when adding comments and found it kind of annoying FWIW. Mostly because the collapsed view doesn't show the comments button, so I had trouble making sure I put the comment on the right alert. Would be nice to show the comments button in collapsed view the way we still show the bugs.

Thinking more about this, what I really want is: 1. For the larger sections to be collapsible (e.g. let me collapse all the bug queue entirely, or the new failures queue entirely). 2. For snoozing to move items out of their existing queue into a collapsed by default "Snoozed" queue at the bottom of the page. If we had that, we'd also not need to mess with opacity at all. Also, one of the things I noticed when snoozing is that it's really jarring for the item to immediately disappear. Would be nicer if it showed an overlay on top of the item "Snoozing for NN minutes" and collapsed the item with a 1 second animation.

Many changes to snoozing were made into some adjustments for accessibility. With the next release, snoozed alerts should be collapsed by default as well. So the suggestion left from here that isn't implemented yet is to move snoozed alerts to their own section, and I'm unsure if that is preferable to having them stay in their current section. |
