removing bugs is too easy to do by accident

If I accidentally click on the X button trying to expand/collapse a section, the bug is remove and I have no way of getting it back.

A couple options:
-Confirm removal
-Provide some sort of undo option.

I can take this one. I think a confirmation would be a little easier to implement than an undo though I think an undo would be slightly nicer user experience.
