Autofill discretely fills out data into fields that are above the viewport

Project Member Reported by carlosk@chromium.org, Apr 18 2017

Issue description

While filling out an online form, I was midway through it when the option to fill out my address was offered by Autofill. The problem I found is that beyond the address fields it also filled out a middle name field that was further above in the page in an area that was not visible anymore.

There are two issues with that:
- The information entered in the middle name field was incorrect: it pertained to another family member. There was no way for me to know about this because Autofill only presented address related information within its suggestions, what made sense since I was entering an address at that moment.
- The action of filling out that field that I chose to leave blank was unexpected and surprising -- in a bad way -- to me (the user). The field was above the currently visible area of the page, in a section of the form that I had already considered as reviewed/correct/done. It was just by chance that I scrolled back up and noticed that the field was now populated (thanks to the auto-filled light yellow background!). Otherwise I would have submitted incorrect information into an important form.

This happened to me on Windows but it should affect any platform where Autofill runs.

Due to privacy reasons I will provide the link to the referred form directly to the developer who will work on this.
