mac beachballs after Chrome is open for a while. Problem can only be fixed by restarting Chrome.

Issue description

rkaplan was experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, after the machine enters this state, there's nothing we can do to debug the system without restarting Chrome.

rkaplan - can you follow these intructions once a day and upload the results - hopefully we'll get a general idea for what's going wrong before your machine enters the unusable state: https://docs.google.com/document/d/15mBOu_uZbgP5bpdHZJXEnF9csSRq7phUWXnZcteVr0o/edit#heading=h.9nj5ra4vpzyi

Did some direct debugging with rkaplan when they were experiencing this issue. Their GPU process was leaking 20GB+ of swapped memory, which makes this a likely dup of 713854.

For more details, contact rkaplan@ to get access to https://docs.google.com/a/google.com/document/d/1d-fcArUX7MTx2nrfboIA4r5HOpqZkzF7YzYOo04p4yk/edit?usp=sharing_eil&ts=5907a266.

We're trying to confirm whether the GPU in question [Intel HD Graphics 6000] has the same driver bug.
